I received word of this book and a copy from a friend and was immediately taken by it. It is, in a word, wonderful. As a long time Disney Supervising Animator, now Chair of Animation and a Professor teaching Animation at Laguna College or Art + Design in Laguna Beach, CA, I HIGHLY recommend this book to all students or potential students interested in the art of animation. It is beautifully put together with sumptuous illustrations and great tips for anyone interested in studying drawing for animation or illustration in any capacity. There are studies on design, composition, layout and much more. I have shared it with all my students who were wowed by it and placed a copy of it in our library at the school. It is a MUST have for all my students.
